Do you offer free shipping?

Orders $29 or higher will automatically qualify for free shipping. Standard shipping is a flat $5.

Where do you ship?

We only ship to the United States at the moment.

Where is my order?

Our orders are shipped Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and should arrive between 2-5 business days. If there are issues with your order, please contact us.

Please note that there is not much we can do until after 5 business days. If your order has not arrived, we will find a way to make it right.

What is your subscription policy?

Subscriptions are recurring charges that will renew at the price listed at checkout every month. This saves you 20% every month on our standard pricing. This is the best deal we will ever offer.

You can pause or cancel your membership at any time. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.

Member Portal Access: You can access your membership details, update your payment information, pause your membership, or even upgrade to a larger quantity through the membership portal using the email address you used at checkout. If you have any issues accessing your account, please contact us!

What is your refund policy?

We will refund any order that you are not happy with. Please request a return for your order within 30 days of receiving your item. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for product that is entirely consumed.

Please fill out our contact form with your order number and a reason for your return. Once your return is accepted, we'll give you a return address. We currently do not provide postage for returns but we will refund your original shipping amount once your refund is processed.

Once received and inspected we will notify you that your refund has been processed. It may take up to 10 days for your return to post through your banking institution.
